Diabetes can affect the kidneys gradually, sometimes before noticeable symptoms appear. The Advanced Kidney Health & Risk Assessment is designed to help identify early signs of diabetic kidney disease, assess kidney function, and understand an individual’s risk of future complications.
This assessment is particularly useful for people living with diabetes, high blood pressure, a family history of kidney disease, or abnormal kidney test results. Depending on clinical needs, evaluation may include blood and urine investigations, kidney function assessment, blood pressure monitoring, blood sugar evaluation, and medical review.
